Students of Bao Lin Chan Monastery’s Sutra Study Meditation Class, under the leadership of Professor Shifu, have gradually learned to chant the essence of Buddhist Sutras and play the Dharma instruments. Chanting and playing with a pure and respectful heart helps us purify our speech. Further, if we can do so will single-minded concentration, we can also realise our mind is the Buddha’s mind; and ultimately attain enlightenment.
